Jennifer Weber
General Manager

Jennifer Weber established Tennis Dynamics Management, LLC this year to help maximize the potential for the Tennis Dynamics companies. With a wealth of experience as a former collegiate athlete and as a special education teacher she brings added perspective and emphasis to her position as General Manager of the Tennis Dynamics Management, LLC.
With an undergraduate degree in English and a minor in Business Administration along with a Master's Degree in Education and a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership this provides her with an exceptional knowledge base. She is a 17 year veteran of public school education. Her educational experience in working with children and adults in a variety of situations will enhance her ability to interact effectively with all people. The TDM General Manager will be our primary customer care facilitator with the utmost attention on serving the needs of the community.
Jennifer grew up in Illinois and played numerous sports. She gravitated to volleyball and excelled. She is a former Junior Olympic All-American and continued her career at Clemson University. As an All-ACC performer, Jennifer enjoyed a stellar career in her four years at Clemson. Moving to Atlanta was just the spark she needed to ignite the "tennis bug". She quickly jumped into A.L.T.A. (playing as high as the AA level) and U.S.T.A. teams. She sees numerous similarities in volleyball and tennis.
Her understanding of being an athlete is magnified by her passion for teaching. Jennifer is in her 17th year teaching special education in the public school systems. She thrives on students learning not only in the classroom but on the court as well. Jennifer believes tennis is a great life sport that anyone can learn to play and enjoy. Jennifer and JP live in Marietta with their two-year-old son James.
JP Weber
Director of Tennis Operations

J.P. Weber is a certified PTR and USPTA professional who has been successful in variety of areas within the tennis industry. In his 29 years of being in the tennis business he has served as a Director of Tennis, been the Head Professional at a 5-Star resort, taught in public parks and coached at major universities. He has managed indoor, outdoor, clay and hard court facilities.
J.P. has experience in the tennis industry that allows him know how different facilities in different sectors of the tennis world function — both public and private. With a proper understanding of how these entities differ in delivering their tennis experience, J.P. leads the Tennis Dynamics team toward delivering great customer service and facility maintenance for the pleasure of the residents, the membership or the clients. His expertise has been to assist entities by providing excellent teaching personnel and delivering a great playing experience for the members on great courts. He brings experience in programming, tennis marketing, park management, facility enhancement, financial performance, and managing the tennis staff.
J.P. graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in History and he has a Master’s (MPRTM) in Tourism Management from Clemson University. He currently lives in Marietta, GA.
Sid Wilson
Business Manager

Sid is 57 years old and we are excited to have him as part of our management team. He is a 20+ year resident of Marietta, GA. and he graduated from the University of Florida in 1975 with a degree in accounting. He is a CPA having worked with Coopers & Lybrand for five plus years early in his career. Since that time Sid has had a successful and diversified business career with experience in accounting, sales and business management. Most recently, Sid ran his own marketing company for ten years. This company was sold in November, 2008.
Sid Wilson worked with Tennis Dynamics as a consultant for over five years while running his own company. Sid was instrumental in working with Tennis Dynamics on the East Cobb Swim and Tennis project.
Two of Sid's sons were nationally ranked juniors in the late 90's and mid 00's. Trevor, his oldest son was a member of the University of Georgia Men’s Tennis Team. Taylor, his youngest son, would have played collegiately if not for a back injury that ended his competitive tennis career in his last year of juniors.
Yancy Waldow
Director of Instructional Services

We are truly excited to have Yancy Waldow join our team as our Director of Instructional Services. Yancy has over 27 years of experience coaching both juniors and adults and is certified with the Professional Tennis Registry. He was the Director of Tennis for Pinelog Park in Rockdale County since 1995. During 14 years at Pinelog Park he coached over 20 city championship teams in both ALTA and USTA play.
Many of the juniors under Yancy’s guidance have gone on to have successful college careers. A 1989 graduate of the University of North Alabama, Yancy served as an assistant coach for his alma mater and for West Georgia University. Over his playing career Yancy has been ranked in the top 20 nationally and as high as number 1 in the Southern section. Yancy and his wife Shirley have two young children, Bailey and Zach. Zach is following in his dad’s footsteps and plays tennis competitively in the Southern section of the U.S.T.A.
