 Tennis Dynamics is proud to announce it is restarting the Cardio- Tennis program it began in the late fall of 2008. We are now joining forces with Ryan Hansell and Shannon Van Wyck of Complex Fitness and Performance of Marietta, Ga. All classes will take place outside on the courts at East Cobb Swim and Tennis. The first classes will be offered on Mondays at 7:15 p.m. We will offer the first two of these on Monday, March 16th and 23rd as free introductory classes. Ryan and Shannon are professionals in the fitness world and together with Tennis Dynamics we will offer some of the best Cardio-Tennis classes in the area. Cardio Tennis with Tennis Dynamics is a new, fun, tennis activity, featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. The classes will be led by a tennis teaching professional and fitness professional. We will offer the best combination you can have toward reaching your personal tennis goals. Our classes include a warm- up, cardio workout, and cool down phase. If present or new players are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, they must try the Complex and Tennis Dynamics classes.
