Rate Schedule
Prepayment is required prior to the first lesson/clinic/team practice for any series of lessons, clinics or team practices (one check from the team captain). Rates for private lessons (group or private) are on an hourly or half-hour basis. Rates for clinics and team practices are for a minimum of two hours. Generally speaking, we are looking for 2 hours of commitment when traveling around to different locations.
These rates are applicable for all of our professionals. Differing rates may apply in specific instances relative to whether the lessons are performed at one of our regular sites or if we are traveling to your location.

Clinic Rates

There will be a maximum of 6 people per instructor at any one time. There must be a minimum of four people in order to begin a clinic.
USTA and other League Team Practices - Pay Online
At Laurel Park Tennis Center teams commit to 8 (1.5 hour) practices. Any off site lessons require a team must commit to a minimum of 8 two-hour practice sessions. Any rainouts or missed practices are tacked on at the end of the season. No lessons bought for one season can carry over to the next season. Depending upon the travel time of the professional there may also be a driving charge included.

For off-site teams deposit of $200.00 is required in order to lock in a team practice time. We prefer to work with whole team at once and a maximum of 14 people on two courts.
On-site teams are subject to a deposit of $100.00. In on-site situations priority is given to teams that are taking coaching and teams that are returning.

POLICIES
Tennis Dynamics lessons are given on a reservation basis at the facilities. Please try to be on time, as tardiness may cut short the lesson time or delay others that may follow you. Your time begins at the agreed upon time, not the arrival time, unless the instructor is running late. If we are running late we will make up the time for you.
Cancellations are sometimes necessary. If you must cancel a lesson, please do so no later than 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full lesson charges will apply. Full lesson charges will apply also for no shows, as the time could have been filled by another student.
Makeups are needed from time to time. In the event of inclement weather or court/facility problems, we will try to reschedule the lesson, clinic, or practice by tacking it on at the end of the series. If the weather conditions are questionable, or you are in doubt, please call my home phone or cellular number to determine if the lesson is scheduled. If you are in doubt, then head on out to the courts.
